The Dolphin Discovery facility sits in the heart of the complex and is built on a lush, tropical island in the middle of a lagoon that is home to our dolphins.
Dolphin Encounter The first encounter:You will have the opportunity to hug it, kiss it, let it kiss you on the cheek, and enjoy watching your new friend while it performs a series of amazing behaviors.
Dolphin Royal Swim
Two dolphins welcome you with an affectionate handshake, a kiss on the cheek, and let you give them one as well. Later, they take you for an original and speedy ride while you hold on to their fins. The most thrilling moment of this program is during the foot-push, when you feel all the strength of your new friends while they push you across the water from the bottom of your feet.
Dolphin Swim Adventure The dolphin greets you with a handshake, a kiss on the cheek, and lets you kiss it as well.
Later, you will get close and personal with your new friend while it takes you on a belly-ride. At the end, you will be able to enjoy moments of great spontaneity during your free time together.
A chance to go behind the scenes with the Dolphins plus interact with sea lions and manatees and feed them too! You feel like a trainer for the day with the program because of all the animal interactions you will receive which includes swimming with the dolphins. Also, includes Sloth, Monkey, and Bird encounters.
Visitors to Puerto Aventuras have the added benefit of seeing our two manatees, Romeo and Juliet who were rescued from a polluted lagoon in 2000, and who are now the ambassadors of their species, educating and delighting our guests in our Sea Life Discovery programs.
