DE C.V. may collect the personal data of the Holders who intend to contract or who contract any of the services offered by OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. On the other hand, in relation to the Personal Data that OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. collects. DE C.V of those Holders who are relatives of a Holder interested in hiring or who hires the Services of OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V are only those necessary to comply with the applicable provisions on money laundering. In relation to the Personal Data of those Holders who in the past were clients of OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V and that currently are no longer so, said Holders are informed that OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V, as well as the obligations required by current legislation, the competent authorities and the internal policies of OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V. The information that is delivered to OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V, will be safeguarded, conserved and protected, by the latter in accordance with the provisions of current legislation and the internal policies of OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE CV to: i) Notaries, ii) Trust Institutions, iii) Public Registry of Property and Commerce, iv) Ministry of the Interior, v) General File of Notaries, vi) Ministry of Economy, vii) Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, or to any authority of any kind, as long as they must be delivered to the latter in accordance with current legislation; Personal Data that will be made available to you in strict compliance with the Law, transfers that do not require the consent of the Holder in accordance with the provisions of article 37 of said legal order.

5.- RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OPPOSITION, REVOCATION AND LIMITATION OF PERSONAL DATA. Los Titulares de la información tendrán derecho a solicitar a OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V el acceso, rectificación, revocación, cancelación u oposición, así como limitar el uso o divulgación de sus datos, mediante: 1.- Solicitud escrita dirigida a OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V., de las 9:00 a las 15:00 horas, en días hábiles, o 2.- Solicitud formulada al correo electrónico: [email protected] OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V dará respuesta a las solicitudes del Titular de la información, siempre y cuando no se actualice alguna de las excepciones contenidas en la Ley, y el solicitante cumpla con lo dispuesto en el artículo 29 de dicho ordenamiento legal que establece los requisitos que debe contener las solicitudes presentadas por los Titulares. Para que OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V detrámitealasolicituddeunTitularreferentealacceso,rectificación,revocación,cancelación,oposicióne/olimitación del uso o divulgación de sus datos, éste último deberá adjuntar a su solicitud la siguiente información y documentación: Nombre del Titular y domicilio u otro medio para que el OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V le comunique la respuesta a su solicitud. Los documentos con los que acredite su identidad o su personalidad en caso de la representación legal del Titular (identificación oficial del titular o del representante legal y poder de éste último). La descripción clara y precisa de los Datos Personales respecto de los que se busca ejercer el derecho de acceso, rectificación, revocación, cancelación, oposición, limitación del uso o divulgación, así como cualquier otro dato o documento que pueda facilitar la localización de los Datos Personales. OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V dará respuesta a la solicitud de un Titular referente al acceso, rectificación, revocación, cancelación, oposición y/o limitación del uso o divulgación de sus datos dentro de los plazos establecidos en la Ley, es decir, dentro de los veinte (20) días siguientes contados a partir de que reciba la solicitud del Titular, plazo que podrá ser ampliado por OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por el artículo 32 de la Ley. La obligación de acceso a la información se dará por cumplida por OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V cuando, en caso de que sea solicitado por el Titular, se ponga a disposición de este último, sus Datos Personales en el domicilio de OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE C.V. durante el plazo de 15 (quince) días hábiles siguientes a que se 2 Artículo 3 Fracción III de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares establece que el Bloqueo es: La identificación y conservación de datos personales una vez cumplida la finalidad para la cual fueron recabados, con el único propósito de determinar posibles responsabilidades en relación con su tratamiento, hasta el plazo de prescripción legal o contractual de éstas. Durante dicho periodo,los datos personales no podrán ser objeto de tratamiento y transcurrido éste,se procederá a su cancelación en la base de datos que corresponde. le comunique al Titular la respuesta a su solicitud o bien a través de alguna de las formas establecidas en el artículo 33 de la Ley, mismas que en la respuesta a su solicitud se le notificarán al Titular.

6.- MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE In the event that OPERADORA DE HOTELES LA COSTA S.A. DE CV, is governed by current and applicable legislation in the United Mexican States, any controversy that arises due to its application must be heard before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI) or before the Jurisdictional Bodies competent in the Municipality of Solidaridad, State of Quintana Roo.
